Our Proposal
Intuitive Finance assessed Victor’s financial position and deduced that he would be able to purchase a property of up to $2 million, with a 75% LVR and a commercial yield of 8.2%. The rental yield was very complimentary to his lower residential yields, and in addition, the property had future development potential as well.
The Outcome
After Victor was able to purchase the property, Intuitive Finance arranged a valuation and confirmed Victor’s unconditional approval in a timely fashion. This approval allowed him to purchase the new commercial property.
